Announcing my new album of 10 favorite Folk songs titled: FULL CIRCLE!
It is now available on all digital music sites as well as my website – links will be provided below!

(from the liner notes)

FULL CIRCLE — began in July 2025 after watching the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown. Every few minutes I found myself telling my wife, Debbie, “I used to sing that one,” or “I performed that song back in…,” and it brought back the music that shaped my earliest years. Then I came across a photo of myself around age twelve with my first guitar, and it hit me how meaningful it would be to revisit the songs that started everything. This album is my way of coming full circle with the folk music that set me on my path.

Track Notes

This Land Is Your Land — The essential folk song; played slowly to let the words shine.

If I Had a Hammer — Performed often, including a 1973 choir medley.

Wedding Song (There Is Love) — Sung at many weddings, including both my sisters’ cremonies.

April Come She Will — My second public performance, Mound Junior High Talent Show, 1969.

Where Have All the Flowers Gone — My first-ever public performance, Valentine’s Day 1969.

Puff (The Magic Dragon) — A longtime audience favorite, especially at a home for orphaned girls.

The Water Is Wide — Inspired by James Taylor’s version; my arrangement performed at the 2011 Decatur Celebration.

Blowin’ in the Wind — First taught to me by a neighbor who played guitar at church.

Tom Dooley — Loved the melody as a kid; only later understood the story behind it.

500 Miles — A lyric that always moved me; included here in my own arrangement.

This Land Is Your Land — The essential folk song; played slowly to let the words shine.

A Note of Gratitude
My wife, Debbie — who co produced this album — also designed the cover for FULL CIRCLE. Her support, creativity, and belief in this project helped bring these songs back to life in a way that feels true to both the boy in that 1968 photo and the musician I am today.
